Imagestone is seasoned slaked lime with marble, special additives, and color mixed together. Slaking lime allows the plaster time to rest and age like fine wine. The walls must be smooth without any texture, so in most cases we have to smooth out any existing texture, then apply several coats of Imagestone. After the last coat is applied we burnish and compress the wall with a stainless steel trowel till we get the desired effect.
